The blues of Polesine starts in Bagnolo di Po
Deltablues is one of the longest-running blues and jazz festivals in the Veneto: with its 39th edition, it transforms Polesine into the capital of black music, with over 40 concerts from June 6th to July 11th in eight municipalities. The curtain rises in Bagnolo di Po, in the province of Rovigo, where Parco Vallalta hosts the festival's preview.
The Blues Cruise on the Canalbianco
The opening on June 6th is an original experience: a Blues Cruise on the Canalbianco departing from the dock at Parco Vallalta, accompanied by the music of the Polesine duo Off Label (Matteo Franceschetti and Mirko Brundu). After about an hour of navigation, the boat docks at Trecenta for a visit to the picturesque Gorghi di Trecenta, bodies of water fed by ancient Po riverbeds, followed by a dinner with an aperitif at a farmhouse.
The free concert at Parco Vallalta
The day concludes at 8:00 PM at Parco Vallalta with the free concert by Mora & Bronski feat. Lorenz Zadro. A preview that embodies the spirit of Deltablues: music in dialogue with the territory, the river, and the nature of Polesine, heralding a lineup that will continue until the grand finale in Rovigo with international stars.

The preview of the 39th edition of Deltablues takes place on June 6, 2026, in Bagnolo di Po. It starts at 4:00 PM with the Blues Cruise on the Canalbianco and the concert on board by the duo Off Label, continues with a visit to the Gorghi di Trecenta and a dinner with aperitif, concluding at 8:00 PM at Parco Vallalta with the free concert by Mora & Bronski feat. How to get there
Bagnolo di Po can be reached by car via the SS434 Transpolesana (exit towards Alto Polesine). Parco Vallalta has a dock on the Canalbianco from which the musical cruises depart.
