Edition 2025 — Culinarium Urtijëi

The 2025 edition of Culinarium Urtijëi took place from September 21 to October 12 in Ortisei. For three weeks, twelve establishments, including Michelin-starred restaurants, traditional trattorias, and Ladin mountain huts, featured the "Culinarium" menu, dedicated to Ladin gastronomic culture and the autumn products of Val Gardena, in the province of Bolzano.

Culinarium Urtijëi 2025

From September 21 to October 12, 2025, Ortisei hosted a new edition of Culinarium Urtijëi. Twelve establishments, including Michelin-starred restaurants, traditional trattorias, and Ladin mountain huts, showcased Ladin gastronomic culture, rooted in sustainable agriculture and ancient family recipes passed down through the valley's farmsteads.

Local farmers provided produce and inspiration, while chefs reinterpreted Val Gardena dishes with a contemporary touch. The event was intertwined with Burning Dolomites excursions and the traditional Segra Sacun festival on the second Sunday of October.
