The Fiolaro Broccoli, Creazzo's Green Gold
In Creazzo, on the hills at the gates of Vicenza, the fiolaro broccoli is much more than a vegetable: it is a symbol of identity, protected by the Communal Designation (De.Co.). Grown on the slopes of the town, it owes its unmistakable sweetness to winter frosts, which refine its flavor. The Creazzo De.Co. Fiolaro Broccoli Festival pays homage to it every January with three days of tastings and peasant culture.
Dinners, Lunches, and Farmers' Market
The program alternates themed dinners by reservation – from appetizer to dessert based on fiolaro broccoli – with Sunday lunch, hosted at the Gentilin Agricultural Company. Saturday mornings also feature the Campagna Amica market, workshops for children and families, a discovery of the fiolaro broccoli, and an exhibition of vintage tools.
A Community Festival in Creazzo
Organized by the Pro Loco of Creazzo A.P.S. with the Historic Center Committee, the festival combines the valorization of an agricultural excellence of the Vicenza area with solidarity: part of the proceeds is donated to charitable causes. An event that tells the story of the territory's culture through its cuisine.
Fiolaro Broccoli Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition, already passed, of the Creazzo De.Co. Fiolaro Broccoli Festival was held from January 16 to 18 at the Gentilin Agricultural Company at via Sabbioni 9. Three days with themed dinners by reservation, Sunday lunch, and on Saturday mornings, the Campagna Amica market, workshops for children and families, and an exhibition of vintage tools.

- 8:00 PM — Dinner "A tavola con il broccolo fiolaro" (by reservation)

- 12:30 PM — Fiolaro broccoli-based lunch (by reservation)
