Craft beers, street food, and music in the heart of Corropoli
Corruppolo is the summer event that brings the historic center of Corropoli, a village in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo, to life. For an entire weekend, the town's social scene centers on the picturesque Piazza Piè di Corte, where craft beer, street food, and live music create one of the most lively festivals of the Teramo summer. The event is organized by the Pro Loco Corropoli APS, which renews the appointment every year, drawing visitors from across the Val Vibrata region.
The heart of the festival is dedicated to craft beer: numerous taps serve fresh, high-quality brews, often sourced from microbreweries within Abruzzo. Accompanying the pints is a rich selection of food trucks and gastronomic stands, with offerings ranging from classic street food to local culinary specialties. It is the perfect occasion for an evening of great taste, featuring authentic flavors and local products.
Every night, Corruppolo features live music and DJ sets that keep the crowd entertained until late, turning Piazza Piè di Corte into a large open-air party space. The convivial and informal atmosphere makes the event perfect for families, groups of friends, and craft beer enthusiasts, all set within a stunning, historic backdrop.
The event takes place in Piazza Piè di Corte, the heart of Corropoli's historic center. Built around 1830 following the demolition of the ruins of the Ducal Castle of Atri, the square is adorned with an elegant 19th-century fountain and surrounded by historic buildings, including the current town hall. This evocative setting gives the festival a unique charm, blending history with conviviality.
Thanks to free admission and its festive atmosphere, Corruppolo has become one of the most anticipated summer events in the Municipality of Corropoli and the entire Val Vibrata area. The Pro Loco also organizes a free shuttle service to make it easy for visitors to arrive and enjoy the evening safely, without worrying about parking.
From July 10th to 12th, 2026, Corropoli hosts the new edition of Corruppolo, the craft beer and street food festival in Piazza Piè di Corte. The format that has made the event a staple of the Teramo summer is confirmed: craft beer on tap, food trucks, Abruzzese specialties, and evenings animated by music and DJ sets. The Pro Loco Corropoli APS also confirms the free shuttle service.
The detailed program, including the participating breweries and the evening's artists, will be released by the Pro Loco in the weeks leading up to the event.
Corropoli is located in the Val Vibrata, in the province of Teramo. By car, it can be reached via the A14 motorway (Val Vibrata exit) or the SS16 Adriatica road. The nearest train station is Alba Adriatica-Nereto on the Adriatic line.
