Candlelit music among the most beautiful corners of Campo Ligure
The Concerto Itinerante tra le Vie del Borgo is one of the most evocative events in Campo Ligure, a splendid village in the Stura Valley in the province of Genoa, part of the circuit of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages. Famous for its ancient filigree tradition, Campo Ligure preserves a medieval historic centre of rare beauty, which becomes a widespread stage during the concert.
The format is a travelling concert: in four evocative corners of the village, musical groups perform simultaneously, and the public is invited to move from one place to another, discovering different views and atmospheres. The concerts are held by candlelight, which illuminates the alleys and small squares, creating an intimate and magical setting.
With over twenty years of history and recognised as an Authentic Ligurian Event, the Concerto Itinerante is an event that enhances the architectural and landscape heritage of Campo Ligure through music. The combination of sounds, soft lights, and the beauty of the village makes the evening an engaging and highly charming experience.
Nestled in the mountains of the Genoese hinterland, Campo Ligure is a gem to discover, with its castle, its alleys, and its filigree tradition. The Concerto Itinerante is the ideal opportunity to visit it in a special guise, when music and candles enhance all its beauty.
For 2026, the Concerto Itinerante tra le Vie del Borgo reaches its 22nd edition, scheduled for August 10 in Campo Ligure.
