The Como Lake Yoga Festival, known as CLYF, is the event that dedicates an entire weekend to yoga and well-being on the shores of Lake Como, in the province of Como. The festival was created to offer a complete experience of movement, breath, and sound, summarized in its motto: 'Move. Breathe. Connect.'
Many disciplines, a personal journey
The program is divided into multiple rooms and offers a wide variety of styles: Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Rocket Yoga, pranayama practices, mobility, Tibetan meditation, and Yoga Nidra. The sessions are designed for different levels — from more accessible practices, dedicated to those seeking well-being, to more intense ones for experienced practitioners — so that everyone can build their own journey.
Music, sound, and community
In addition to the practices, CLYF provides space for the dimension of sound and community: DJ sets, live music, vinyl soundscapes, and a convivial closing ceremony that combines music, movement, and dialogue. Among the many teachers who animate the festival are prominent names from the Italian yoga scene. An opportunity to regenerate in the lake setting, far from the daily hustle and bustle.

The Como Lake Yoga Festival 2026 returns from June 12 to 14 on the shores of Lake Como. Three days of yoga and well-being with a rich program spread across multiple rooms, sessions for beginners and experts, renowned teachers, and a strong musical component. The festival invites you to 'Move. Breathe. Connect.'

The festival takes place over three days, from June 12 to 14, with practices distributed across multiple rooms and divided by level ('Wellness Seeker' for accessible practices, 'Deep Yogi' for experts). Among the styles and activities planned:
- Hatha Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa (with a focus on hip opening)
- Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Rocket Yoga
- Yin Yoga with vinyl soundscapes
- Pranayama (Maha Pranayama) and mobility
- Tibetan meditation (Shinè tradition) and Yoga Nidra
- Musical moments with DJ sets and live music
- Convivial closing ceremony combining music, movement, and dialogue

The festival takes place on Lake Como, in the Como area. The city is reachable by train (Como San Giovanni and Como Nord Lago) and by car from the A9 motorway.
