About Community Festival
A Month-Long Festival
The Community Festival is the major summer event in Villa d'Almè, a town at the entrance of the Brembana Valley, in the province of Bergamo. Organized by the parish, it takes place for most of August at the Oratory (entrance from via Polveriera) and represents one of the most cherished moments in the life of the town.
A Taste of Tradition
The heart of the festival is the evening restaurant-pizzeria, set up under the marquee, where you can enjoy typical dishes of Bergamo cuisine:
- Casoncelli alla bergamasca;
- Risotto and polenta taragna;
- Grilled meats and fried fish specialties.
Music and Fun
Alongside the food, the festival offers evenings with orchestras and dancing, tombola with prizes, a charity raffle, baby dance, and inflatables for the little ones. A program designed to engage all ages, from children to the elderly.

Now in its fortieth edition, the Community Festival is a well-established tradition that every summer attracts residents and visitors from all over the Bergamo area. Its strength lies in the volunteer work that supports it, a sign of a vibrant and welcoming community in the Lombardy Region.

The 2026 edition of the Community Festival confirms the summer event organized by the parish of Villa d'Almè at the Oratory on via Polveriera, for most of August. The festival offers an evening restaurant-pizzeria with typical Bergamo dishes, dance nights with orchestras, tombola, charity raffle, baby dance, and inflatables.
