The organisation is handled by the Pro Loco of Cologna Veneta, with the food hall in Via Chioggiano open from Friday to Sunday.

Friday, May 1st
- Traditional "May 1st Barbecue" in Via Chioggiano, for lunch and dinner with typical local dishes
- 11:00 AM — "A tree for every newborn" ceremony in the council chamber, with symbolic plant delivery to those born in 2025
- Official opening of the 35th edition
Saturday, May 2nd
- Piazza Capitaniato — Health initiative with free mammograms and ultrasounds (all day)
- Evening, Piazza Duomo — Gospel concert by Damavoci Singers with their new album "The Best Of", free entry
Sunday, May 3rd (9:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Market of plants, flowers, bonsai, garden equipment, food and wine products, crafts, and street market
- "Images of the City" photographic exhibition and free guided tours
- Travelling shows through the streets of the centre
