Edition 2025 — Collicello Bean Festival

In 2025, the Amerino Cottora Bean Festival was held in Collicello di Amelia from September 4 to 14: ten evenings dedicated to the flavours of the village, with Slow Food Presidium cottora beans, carbonara polenta and Collicello-style wild boar, organised by the Pro Loco of Collicello.

The 2025 edition of the festival was held in Collicello di Amelia from September 4 to 14. For ten evenings, the Pro Loco's food stalls offered the symbolic dishes of local tradition: the Amerino cottora bean, protected as a Slow Food Presidium, carbonara polenta and Collicello-style wild boar, along with other Umbrian specialities. The event confirmed the link between the village and its peasant cuisine, animating the late summer evenings with celebration and conviviality.
