Ciuìga Festival

The 2025 edition of the Ciuìga Festival, the 24th, was held from October 31 to November 2 in San Lorenzo Dorsino, preceded by the 'Dinner with the Star' preview. The historic center hosted a record number of approximately 80 exhibitors, including stand holders and hobbyists selected from over 300 applications, and 13 food stalls managed by 10 local associations, alongside village restaurants offering special menus.

Culinary highlights included: Ciuìga in many variations, barley soup (orzotto), truffle tagliatelle, char, polenta carbonera, and the new addition of Goulash Suppe. The edition focused on Trentino's wine excellence, featuring Cantine Ferrari, the Enoteca dei Becchi of Dorsino, and the Cantina dei Berlina. There was no shortage of excursions, performances, live music, and ample space for families with wooden games, circus acts, creative workshops, and a farm with llamas and alpacas. With over three hundred volunteers mobilized and about 20,000 visitors, the festival reaffirmed its role as a tourist showcase for the entire region.
