The Children's Carnival is the event with which the town of Candelo, in the province of Biella, bids farewell to the carnival season by dedicating an entire afternoon to children and families. The party takes place in the halls of the Oratorio San Pietro, transforming the parish space into a riot of color, music, and joy, tailor-made for the little ones.
