The Chestnut Festival and Marron Market of Durlo celebrates in October the fruits of the chestnut groves in the hamlet of Durlo, in the Municipality of Crespadoro, province of Vicenza. Featuring an indoor food stand, a market for marrons and chestnuts, artisan products, roasted chestnuts, chestnut flour cakes, music, guided excursions, and wooden games for all ages, it is one of the most cherished autumn festivals in the Vicenza Little Dolomites. Among the woods of the Vicenza Little Dolomites, the hamlet of Durlo, in the Municipality of Crespadoro in the province of Vicenza, is famous for its chestnut groves and the excellent quality of its chestnuts and marrons. Every October, the Chestnut Festival and Marron Market transforms the village into a delicious event dedicated to the autumn fruit par excellence.
