Edition 2025 — Centomani

In 2025, Centomani di questa terra returned to its historic venue, the Antica Corte Pallavicina of the Spigaroli brothers in Polesine Zibello (PR), in the lower Parma region. The CheftoChef emiliaromagnacuochi event brought together renowned chefs, producers, winemakers, and scholars for a day dedicated to gastronomic culture, innovation, and Emilia-Romagna's identity, anticipating the development of the new territorial format that culminated in the 2026 edition in Romagna.

The 2025 edition of Centomani di questa terra took place at the Antica Corte Pallavicina of the Spigaroli brothers in Polesine Zibello (PR), the historic venue of the event overlooking the Po riverbank.

True to the convivium formula, the day combined show cooking, tastings of excellent products from Emilia-Romagna, wines from member winemakers, and moments of discussion on gastronomic culture, innovation, and regional identity. The edition marked the transition towards a model replicable across multiple territorial stages, conceived by CheftoChef emiliaromagnacuochi to strengthen the link between research, local knowledge, and haute cuisine.
