Carnival Dinner with Fritto Misto

In 2025, the Carnival Dinner with Fritto Misto renewed the gourmet appointment of the Carnival period in Mombaruzzo (AT), with the Piedmontese fritto misto as the star of a convivial evening in the heart of the Asti Monferrato.

As per tradition, the dinner brought together the community and visitors around a menu rich in fried dishes served hot, accompanied by local wines, in a festive atmosphere typical of Piedmontese villages.

Among the specialties, there was no shortage of ingredients that make the Piedmontese fritto misto unique, from meats and vegetables to breaded sweets, in a village that has made its link to pastry and amaretti a hallmark of its identity.
