Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival

In 2025, the Carbonara Festival toured Italy with its Roman cuisine village, stopping in numerous cities in the North and Center - from Belluno to Udine, from Clusone to Marostica, from Mozzo to Cossato, and even Rome. The formula was the same as the one arriving in Moncalieri: chefs from the Capital, typical Roman dishes, live music, and free admission.

Before arriving in Moncalieri, in 2025 the Carbonara Festival consolidated its traveling format by visiting various Italian cities, especially in the North. Among the documented stops of the year are Belluno, Udine, Clusone, Marostica, Mozzo, Cossato, and Rome.

At each stop, the festival offered the same experience: the great classics of Roman cuisine - carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana - fried dishes, traditional main courses, pinsa, and maritozzi, often accompanied by live music and always with free admission. It is this success in the rest of Italy that led the event, the following year, to also make a stop in Piedmont.
