Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival
In 2025, the Carbonara Festival enlivened Piazza Gerbidi in Rivalta di Torino from Friday, September 12 to Sunday, September 14, with a gastronomic village entirely dedicated to Roman cuisine.
The public enjoyed the great traditional classics—carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana—alongside supplì, porchetta d'Ariccia, and Roman pinsa in various styles, with the option to choose vegetarian, vegan, and certified gluten-free dishes. The Friday and Saturday evenings were accompanied by the NovaRoma Live Show, featuring songs and music from the Roman folk tradition.
The event, with free admission, was organized by the Carbonara Festival in collaboration with Feed n Food Eventi and Warsteiner Italia, and was included in the summer program of the Municipality of Rivalta.
