Carbonara Festival San Lazzaro

In 2025, the Carbonara Festival brought the flavors of the Capital back to San Lazzaro di Savena from May 2nd to 4th, at Parco della Resistenza. On Friday and Saturday, the stands served from 12:00 PM until midnight, with Sunday closing at 11:00 PM.

The menu featured the great dishes of Roman tradition: carbonara, cacio e pepe, and amatriciana, along with supplì in carbonara, cacio e pepe, and amatriciana variations, Jewish-style artichokes, zucchini flowers, cod fillets, coda alla vaccinara, meatballs in sauce, abbacchio scottadito, and porchetta from Ariccia. A delicious and free celebration that confirmed the link between Emilia-Romagna and Roman cuisine.
