About Campoverde Agricultural Exhibition

The Campoverde Agricultural Exhibition, recognized as a National Agriculture Fair, is the major spring event in the village of Campoverde, Aprilia, in the heart of the Agro Pontino. Reaching its 39th edition in 2026, it spans two weekends with over 400 stands, 330 exhibitors, and more than 150 events featuring agricultural machinery, livestock, floriculture, food and wine, equestrian shows, and concerts. An event that attracts over one hundred thousand visitors from across the Lazio region every year.

The National Agriculture Fair of the Agro Pontino

The Campoverde Agricultural Exhibition is one of the most important trade fairs in the agricultural sector in Italy. It is held in the village of Campoverde, in the municipality of Aprilia, in the province of Latina, Lazio. Set in the heart of the Agro Pontino, the event covers a large exhibition area and offers a complete overview of the agricultural world: from small tools to large agricultural machinery, from livestock to floriculture, and from food and wine to technological innovation.

A history spanning nearly forty years

The fair was founded in 1985 by an idea of Benito Tomassini, with the support of Gianni Cosmi, with the intent to bring prestige to Campoverde and enhance the Pontine agricultural territory. Moved to the current Fairgrounds in the early nineties and organized today by the Tre M company, the Exhibition has grown to become a nationally significant event, capable of attracting over one hundred thousand visitors and hundreds of exhibitors every year.

The program of the 39th edition (2026)

The 2026 edition, the thirty-ninth, took place over two weekends: April 24-26 and May 1-3, 2026, with continuous hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The program included over 400 stands, about 330 exhibitors, and more than 150 events spread over the six days. Among the sectors represented: gardening equipment and machinery, irrigation systems, floriculture, livestock, animal feed and veterinary products, construction, and green building.

  • Livestock: Regional Cattle Exhibition (April 24-26) and National Maremmana Breed Cattle Exhibition (May 1-3)
  • Plants and flowers: architectural gardens and quality nursery gardening, with vintage tractors and hi-tech agricultural machinery
  • Equestrian shows: the Butteri of the Pontine Marshes with their themed village and the Team Penning Western Show
  • Falconry and exhibition of birds of prey

Food, wine, and local products

Ample space is dedicated to taste: the institutional wine pavilion hosts conferences, guided tastings, sensory workshops, and show cooking, along with the Wine Salon featuring the "Sommelier in love" event, the pavilion of typical Italian products, and the Chili Pepper Salon, with tastings, workshops, and competitions. There is no shortage of dairy workshops and the promotion of the excellence of the Pontine territory.

Music, folklore, and entertainment

The Exhibition offers a rich calendar of shows: concerts and the Campoverde Music Time musical competition in collaboration with 04011 Records, street performers, the flag-wavers of the Contrade of Cori, and period costume performances. A program designed to combine the rural tradition of the Agro Pontino with entertainment for all ages.

An event for the whole family

With its children's area, puppet theater, refreshment areas, and many outdoor shows, the Campoverde Agricultural Exhibition is an ideal opportunity for a family trip to discover the rural traditions of Lazio and the flavors of the Pontine countryside.
