In the heart of the Ciociaria region, at the foot of the Apennines, the Campoli Carnival is one of the most cherished annual events for the community of Campoli Appennino, a small town in the province of Frosinone, in southern Lazio. From the early hours of the morning, the Villa Comunale becomes the meeting point: this is where the allegorical floats, masked groups, and many children in costume gather, ready to enjoy a day of celebration. The parade starts here, winding through the Greci, Martini, and Pantanella districts, bringing entertainment and joy even to the most rural areas of the territory.
