Camminagrestana 2025 — the daytime version

The 2025 edition of Camminagrestana was held on July 31 in Ronzo-Chienis, in Val di Gresta (Province of Trento), in its daytime format. The departure, staggered throughout the morning, took place from the paragliding field in Le Piazze, the event's historic meeting point.

The route, approximately 12 kilometers long, wound through the organic vegetable gardens, woods, and meadows of the valley, with a series of gourmet stops managed by local groups and associations. Each stop offered a course based on Val di Gresta's organic produce—from carrots to mountain potatoes, vegetables, and cheeses—in a complete menu that accompanied participants from a farm-style breakfast to berry-flavored ice cream.

As per tradition, the walk combined the pleasure of dining with the discovery of the landscape of Trentino's first organic district, confirming its status as one of the most beloved summer events in the Vallagarina.

Structure of the walk (daytime version)

Route of approximately 12 km with staggered departures from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM from the paragliding field in Le Piazze, Ronzo-Chienis.

• Farm-style breakfast — barley coffee and local products to start the walk
• Aperitif and appetizers — cured meats, cheeses, and crostini with valley vegetables
• First courses — pasta seasoned with organic vegetables from Val di Gresta
• Main courses — roasts with mountain potatoes and side dishes
• Dessert and ice cream — dessert and berry-flavored ice cream to end the route

The stops, managed by local groups and associations, were distributed along the itinerary through woods, meadows, and cultivated fields.
