Cajrbonara - The Seven Days of Carbonara

Cajrbonara 2025 was held in Cagli (PU) from Monday, March 31st to Sunday, April 6th, closing precisely on World Carbonara Day. Coordinated by the Centro don Sturzo, the event saw the participation of sixteen restaurants, pizzerias, and trattorias in the municipality.

The establishments offered carbonara in the traditional version - guanciale, pecorino, eggs, and black pepper - and in numerous variations, with pancetta or sausage and with different pasta shapes: spaghetti, rigatoni, paccheri, and mezze maniche, as well as polenta and carbonara pizza. A week of flavor that confirmed Cagli's strong connection to this traditional dish.
