Edition 2025 — Brovedâr Festival

In the spring of 2025, Dordolla renewed its festival dedicated to brovedâr, the fermented turnip Slow Food Presidium, with tastings, cultural events, producer stands, and the seed exchange that attracts visitors and biodiversity enthusiasts to the heart of Val Aupa every year.

The 2025 Edition

The 2025 Brovedâr Festival took place in Dordolla during the usual spring event, confirming a formula that combines food and culture. The tasting of dishes based on brovedâr attracted the curious and enthusiasts, while presentations, screenings, and the seed exchange booth enriched a day dedicated to peasant biodiversity and the village's heritage.
