Brotbacktage at the Trudner Horn Nature Park House

The 2025 edition of the Brotbacktage was held at the Naturparkhaus Trudner Horn in Trodena nel parco naturale (BZ) every Friday from June 13th to September 26th, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. As per tradition, participants ground cereals in the ancient bucket mill, kneaded according to the South Tyrolean recipe, and baked loaves in the park house's wood-fired oven, before enjoying the freshly baked bread.

The event, which required mandatory booking due to limited spots, confirmed the success of a format that every summer brings families and curious visitors closer to authentic rural knowledge in the heart of the Monte Corno Nature Park.
