Edition 2025 — Briaglia White Truffle
The initiative dedicated to the prized white truffle of Briaglia took its first steps following the Municipal Designation (De.Co.), originally envisioned by former mayor Dario Filippi. The development project for the white gold of the Monregalese area, supported by the Municipality and Pro Loco with the contribution of the Fondazione CRC, laid the foundations for the cultural and gastronomic project that now enlivens the village in the Cuneo province.
In 2025, the municipal administration of Briaglia and the Pro Loco launched the protection and promotion project for the local prized white truffle, an excellence of the Monregalese area and a source of identity for the small village in the province of Cuneo. Following the De.Co. established by former mayor Dario Filippi, the project laid the groundwork for the educational and experiential initiatives developed in subsequent years, with the support of the Fondazione CRC.
