Bollicine di Puglia 2025 - Eighth Edition
The 2025 edition, the eighth of the event, was held on Saturday, July 26 at the Castle of Monte Sant'Angelo, confirming its status as one of the most anticipated events of the Apulian food and wine summer. The stars, as always, were over 100 labels of Apulian sparkling wines poured at the tasting stations by AIS sommeliers.
In the morning, at Ristorante La Rocca, two masterclasses were held: "Parmigiano Reggiano: 4 maturations for 4 wines" (10:00 AM) with Alessandro Stocchi from the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, and "Lambrusco: the lightness of being" (11:30 AM) with Luca Manfredi, president of AIS Emilia. The evening was accompanied by live music from the Michele Bottalico Quartet and five gourmet pairings. The "Aspettando Bollicine" preview took place on July 25 in Piazza De Galganis, featuring the Saverio Martucci Trio.
