Edition 2025 — Black Truffle Festival

The first edition of the Black Truffle Festival took place in Roccafluvione from January 24 to 26, 2025, inaugurating a new event dedicated to the prized black truffle of Piceno with cooking shows, talks, truffle ground tours, and tastings at the town's refreshment points.
From January 24 to 26, 2025, Roccafluvione (AP) hosted the first edition of the Black Truffle Festival, an event dedicated to celebrating the prized black truffle and the traditions of the Piceno region.

The official opening, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, took place on Friday, January 24, at 5 PM. Saturday featured the artisan market, guided tours of truffle grounds, and a cooking show by chef Enrico Mazzaroni on the theme of foraging. Sunday offered a demonstration of truffle hunting with dogs, a talk on well-being at the table with nutritionist Mauro Mario Mariani, and a masterclass pairing black truffles with local wines. For all three days, the town's refreshment points offered special truffle-based menus.
