Edition 2025 — Radicchio Festival

On Sunday, October 5, 2025, the Parco Fluviale of Bieno hosted the 18th edition of the Radicchio Festival. From 10:30 AM, there was a local products market, children's entertainment, and music with the Bifolkband; from 11:30 AM, the large food stand served the menu based on Tesino radicchio.

2025 Edition

The eighteenth edition of the Bieno Radicchio Festival took place on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in the village's Parco Fluviale, on the Tesino plateau in Valsugana. The stands opened at 10:30 AM, with the kitchen operating from 11:30 AM.

The star was the festival's signature dish for 15 euros, which included radicchio risotto, gnocchi with radicchio and gorgonzola, baked radicchio, tonco de pontesel with polenta, and a slice of cake with sweet radicchio cream. Alongside the gastronomy, there was a market of local products, an inflatable playground, and entertainment for children, with musical entertainment provided by the Bifolkband.
