Edition 2025 — Bianchetto Festival

The 41st edition of the Bianchetto Truffle and Bianchello Wine Festival took place on the weekends of March 15-16 and 22-23, 2025, in Fossombrone. A highly successful edition with an inauguration ceremony in Corso Garibaldi, a market exhibition, starred cooking shows, concerts, conferences on truffles, and the traditional national truffle dog competition.

The 41st edition of the Bianchetto Truffle and Bianchello Wine Festival, created 41 years ago by the truffle hunters' association, took place on the weekends of March 15-16 and 22-23, 2025 in the historic center of Fossombrone (PU).

The inauguration ceremony was held on Saturday, March 15, at 5 PM in Corso Garibaldi, accompanied by the music of the Banda Città di Fossombrone. Among the events were the National Truffle Dog Competition, the Truffle Trekking through the hills of Fossombrone, conferences dedicated to the culture of truffles and wine, live music, and a rich series of cooking shows.

First Weekend (March 15-16, 2025)

  • Saturday 15, 4 PM — cooking show with chef Massimo Biagiali (Ristorante Giardino)
  • Saturday 15, 5 PM — inauguration ceremony in Corso Garibaldi with the Banda Città di Fossombrone
  • Saturday 15, 6 PM — string concert by students from the Rossini Conservatory of Pesaro in the Church of San Filippo
  • Saturday 15, 7 PM — live music with The Bucca Brothers at the Piazzetta del Gusto
  • Sunday 16, 3 PM — Conference on Bianchetto Truffle (Church of San Filippo) with Gianluigi Gregori and Luca Branca
  • Sunday 16, 4 PM — cooking show with chef Susanna Marini (Ristorante Lampino)
  • Sunday 16, 6 PM — Lorenzo Giovagnoli in piano solo

Second Weekend (March 22-23, 2025)

  • Saturday 22, 4 PM — cooking show with chef Rodion Dodu (Ristorante Il Cugnolo, Villa Lattanzi)
  • Sunday 23, 4 PM — cooking show with chef Max Mascia (Ristorante San Domenico, two Michelin stars)

Other Activities

  • National truffle dog competition
  • Truffle trekking, a guided walk through the hills of Fossombrone
  • Market Exhibition with fresh and preserved truffles, cured meats, cheeses, typical sweets, and fine wines

Free entry to the event and the Market Exhibition. Food and tastings at the stalls are at an additional cost.
