New and vintage cars on display in the walled city center
Every spring, Cittadella, in the province of Padua, dedicates a day to the world of automobiles with Auto Expo Cittadella. The central Piazza Pierobon and the streets of the historic walled center are filled with cars on display, transforming into a large open-air exhibition accessible to all.
The exhibition showcases two complementary worlds: on one hand, the new models presented by local dealers, with the latest market innovations available to the curious and potential buyers; on the other, a selection of vintage and historic cars, which attracts engine enthusiasts and tells the story of automotive evolution over time.
Auto Expo is an event designed for a broad audience: car enthusiasts can admire the latest models and historic vehicles up close, while families find the walled city center a pleasant destination for a day outdoors. The event, with free admission, is organized by Pro Cittadella.
The setting of Cittadella's historic center—with its elliptical walls and 32 towers—adds charm to the exhibition, creating a striking contrast between the lines of the cars and the medieval architecture. An opportunity to experience the city and its spaces in a different way, in the heart of the province of Padua.
Auto Expo Cittadella returns on Sunday, May 24, 2026, in Piazza Pierobon and the streets of the historic walled center of Cittadella. The exhibition showcases new models presented by local dealers alongside a selection of vintage and historic cars.
