The solidarity festival of Mompiano

Associazioni in Festa, also known as the Mompiano Associations' Festival, is one of the most beloved events of the Brescia summer. Organized by Pro Loco Mompiano at Parco Castelli, it brings together the large network of city volunteering for ten evenings in an event that puts solidarity at its center.

Ten evenings of community

For ten evenings, Parco Castelli fills with music, dancing, and good food, with food stalls open every evening and information booths from the associations. Over 150 associations are involved in the organization, in collaboration with the CSV of Brescia, the Municipality, and the Fondazione Comunità Bresciana. It's a village festival in the heart of the city, where the neighborhood comes together and shares its stories.

The value of solidarity

The distinctive feature of Associazioni in Festa is its charitable purpose: the proceeds are donated to about twenty solidarity projects each year. Over the years, the event has raised a total of approximately €800,000, transforming ten evenings of celebration into concrete support for local realities and social initiatives. A result made possible by the commitment of hundreds of volunteers.

A reference point for Brescia

With over 3,000 people per evening, Associazioni in Festa has become a key event of the summer in the Lombard capital. Supported by the Municipality of Brescia, the festival demonstrates how volunteering can combine fun and civic engagement, making Parco Castelli in Mompiano a great meeting place for generations, associations, and neighborhoods.
