Edition 2025 — Assaggi d'Estate

The first edition of Assaggi d'Estate – Signature Cuisine was held on May 11 and 12, 2025, in the Pier area of Forte dei Marmi, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Conceived by local restaurateurs to showcase the gastronomic identity of Versilia, the festival brought together Michelin-starred chefs and the best local restaurants in a fish-based tasting journey, with vegetarian options and selected wines, achieving great success right from its debut.

The first edition of Assaggi d'Estate – Signature Cuisine took place on May 11 and 12, 2025, in Forte dei Marmi, Versilia, in the picturesque Pier (Pontile) area, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Promoted by the Compagnia della Vela with the patronage of the Municipality, the event was created to enhance local dining at the start of the summer season.

The public, seated at stands with tables, was able to taste dishes from Michelin-starred chefs and the best restaurants in the area: a cuisine focused on fish and seafood, with vegetarian and vegan options and a selection of regional wines. The event was a great success from its very first edition, with proceeds donated to charity, laying the foundation to become a permanent appointment in Forte dei Marmi.
