The artichoke, a seasonal vegetable, becomes the star of a large convivial lunch organised by the U Descu Spiaretè association.
An all-artichoke menu
The festival takes place along Corso Regina Margherita, on the town's promenade, where about 350 seats are set up. Guests can enjoy a complete menu based on artichokes, from appetisers to dessert, in an experience that highlights seasonal cuisine and local flavours. The formula of a served lunch at the table, in a setting overlooking the sea, is one of the distinctive elements of the feast.

The 2026 edition of the Artichoke Festival in Ospedaletti was initially scheduled for March 15th, but was postponed to Sunday, March 22nd due to bad weather. The festival took place along Corso Regina Margherita, on the promenade, with about 350 seats.
The U Descu Spiaretè association offered a complete artichoke-based menu for about 30 euros per person, in a large convivial lunch that celebrated one of the seasonal products of the Ligurian garden.
