Independent music, innovative theatre, and performances in the historic center of Soliera
There are artistic expressions that escape museums, theaters, and books to seek new forms: it is from this idea that Arti Vive Festival was born in 2007, one of the most recognizable cultural events in Emilia-Romagna. Every summer, for a few days in July, the historic center of Soliera (province of Modena) becomes a widespread stage where independent music, innovative theatre, and performances intertwine among squares, courtyards, and the charming Castello Campori.
The festival's identity lies in its ability to bring together established international names in independent music and theatre with emerging local artists and groups, offering them a valuable showcase. The result is a 360-degree cultural experience, where concerts are complemented by contemporary theatre shows, performances, street art, and plenty of street food that livens up the heart of the city until late at night.
The festival takes place in the most beautiful spaces of the center: Piazza Lusvardi, Piazza Fratelli Sassi, Piazza della Repubblica, and Piazza Don Ugo Sitti, as well as Castello Campori and the Nuovo Cinema Teatro Italia. The evenings then continue with afterparties at Circolo Dude by HABITAT.
Organized by Fondazione Campori, Arti Vive is first and foremost a community project: it is based on the active participation of dozens of volunteers involved from the planning stage. This collective dimension, combined with the almost complete freeness of the program, makes it a valuable event not only for Soliera but for the entire province of Modena and the whole of Emilia-Romagna, capable of attracting a curious audience passionate about new artistic trends.
Arti Vive Festival 2026 takes place from July 2 to 5 in the historic center of Soliera, in the province of Modena. Four days that confirm the festival's formula: major guests from the international independent scene alongside innovative theatre, performances, and street food spread across the squares. The Fondazione Campori has announced the first headliners, with the rest of the program of shows and performances to be revealed progressively in the weeks leading up to the event. Almost all events are free admission.
Alongside the main concerts, the festival offers, as every year, contemporary theatre shows, performances, and street art in the squares of the center (Lusvardi, Fratelli Sassi, Repubblica, Don Ugo Sitti), with afterparties at Circolo Dude by HABITAT. The full program of theatre, performances, and emerging young artists will be announced in the weeks preceding the festival.
Arti Vive Festival 2026 takes place from July 2 to 5, 2026, in the historic center of Soliera (MO). All shows and concerts are free, except for the IOSONOUNCANE concert on July 5 (ticket โฌ20 plus booking fees, free for under 12s), on sale on Vivaticket.
