ArteGenova is the market exhibition of modern and contemporary art that transforms the Blue Pavilion, designed by Atelier Jean Nouvel, in the Genoa Old Port into a grand art showcase each year. The venue, with its large windows overlooking the sea, is an island in the heart of the port thanks to Renzo Piano's waterfront intervention.

The fair brings together 150 exhibitors, equally divided between important Italian and international galleries and the section dedicated to contemporary art, the Contemporary Art Talent Show (C.A.T.S.), which provides space for emerging talents. On display are works ranging from 20th-century masters to the most current artistic research.
