Argelato's Summer Festival at Villa Beatrice
When summer arrives, the park of Villa Beatrice in Argelato transforms into the heart of the town's social life. The Argelato Summer Fest is the event organized by Pro Loco Argelato in the setting of this historic residence, at Via degli Aceri 12, in the Municipality of Argelato, province of Bologna, in the heart of the Emilia plain.
What to Expect
For three consecutive evenings, the festival combines Bolognese gastronomic tradition with fun for all ages. The food stand opens every evening from 7:00 PM and offers traditional specialties, including the unmissable crescentine and arrosticini, to be enjoyed at outdoor tables amidst the greenery of the park. It's one of those village festivals where you meet up with family or friends, around a simple and genuine dish.
Music, Children, and Art
After dinner, the evening continues with shows and live music starting at 9:30 PM: DJ sets, acoustic concerts, and entertainment that liven up the park until late at night. Sunday afternoons are dedicated to families, with entertainment for children followed by a snack. An art exhibition is also held in the internal rooms of Villa Beatrice, open during the evenings, which bridges the popular festival with the cultural dimension of the place.

Argelato Summer Fest — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Argelato Summer Fest was held from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 June 2026 in the park of Villa Beatrice, in Argelato, province of Bologna. The tried-and-tested formula of Pro Loco Argelato was confirmed: a food stand with traditional specialties, crescentine and arrosticini, open every evening from 7:00 PM, and shows with live music starting at 9:30 PM.
On Sunday afternoon, from 4:30 PM, the space was dedicated to children with entertainment followed by a snack. Throughout the festival, the "Astratti Polimaterici" art exhibition was also open for visits in the rooms of Villa Beatrice. Free admission.
