Alba Truffle Fair 2025: The 95th Edition

The 2025 edition of the Alba International White Truffle Fair was held from October 11 to December 7, confirming itself as the most important food and wine event of the Piedmontese autumn. The World Truffle Market, set up in the Cortile della Maddalena in the historic center of Alba (CN), offered the precious Tuber magnatum Picco specimens every Saturday and Sunday, accompanied by the great wines of the Langhe, Monferrato, and Roero.

Folklore and Gastronomy

The folkloric section reached its peak with the Donkey Palio and the historical pageant of the city's districts, which took place on Sunday, October 5, in Piazza Senatore Osvaldo Cagnasso. The rich gastronomic calendar featured cooking shows with Michelin-starred chefs and local cooks, themed dinners, cooking classes, Truffle Sensory Analysis, and the family space Alba Truffle Bimbi, confirming the Fair as a showcase of excellence for the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage territory.
