Aidone Ancient Flavors Festival

The 2025 debut

The first edition of the Aidone Ancient Flavors Festival was held on June 28 and 29, 2025, in Piazza Filippo Cordova in Aidone, province of Enna. Promoted by the Municipality of Aidone and funded by the Regional Department of Agriculture, it celebrated the traditions, culture, and taste of the Enna territory.

The program for Saturday, June 28, featured food and wine tastings from the afternoon (4:00 PM), a talk dedicated to local agriculture (6:00 PM), a concert by the group I Frijda (9:00 PM), and a DJ set to close the evening (11:30 PM).

Sunday, June 29, featured vintage car exhibitions and experiential workshops in the morning, a guided ONAF cheese tasting, itinerant performances by the Banda Circular, an EVO oil tasting workshop, show cooking with Slow Food and the Enna Chefs Association, and at 9:00 PM, the grand finale with Sasà Salvaggio, featuring cabaret and live music, accompanied by the band Isteresi. Access to stands, workshops, and shows was free.
