The municipality of Sezzadio, in the province of Alessandria, hosts the 2nd round of the Mario Ferrero Minienduro Trophy, an event dedicated primarily to young enduro enthusiasts taking their first steps into the world of off-road motorcycling. The event is organized by the Moto Club Maracchino Enduro Country in collaboration with the Moto Club Fuoringiro Savona, under the aegis of the Italian Motorcycle Federation (FMI).

What is the Mario Ferrero Trophy?

The Mario Ferrero Trophy is a championship that has supported the growth of young enduro riders from four Northern Italian regions for years: Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy, and Emilia-Romagna. Structured across several rounds throughout the season, the trophy combines regional and interregional competition, rewarding the consistency and passion of the youngest riders. The Sezzadio stage is a key point in the calendar, with points up for grabs that impact the overall standings.

Race categories

The day features a wide range of categories designed for every level of experience:

• Beginners and Cadets, for those just starting out
• Mini, Junior, and Senior
• 50cc, Elite, and Top Class
• Women's and Major categories

The main race is accompanied by an Enduro Sprint APT test (race code PIEEN013), limited to a maximum of 30 participants, which expands the competitive offering of the day.
