Volterragusto 2025 - 27th White Truffle Market Exhibition

The 2025 edition of Volterragusto, the twenty-seventh, was held in Volterra on October 25-26 and November 1-2, 2025, celebrating the union of truffles, art, taste, and tradition of the Upper Val di Cecina.

Along the streets and squares of the historic center - from the Logge del Palazzo Pretorio to Piazza dei Priori, from Via Gramsci to the Cantine di Palazzo Viti and the Teatro Persio Flacco - visitors were able to taste and buy prized white truffles, wines, oils, cured meats, cheeses, and sweets from local producers, participating in guided tastings, show cooking, and workshops.

Among the highlights, the Palio dei Caci on Sunday, October 26, at 15:00 along Via Franceschini, with the districts of the Etruscan village competing by rolling large wheels of cheese, and urban trekking to discover Volterra and its truffle grounds. The event concluded with the presentation of the Jarro Award dedicated to gastronomic culture.
