Vikinga Fest

A dive into the Viking age just a stone's throw from Milan

Vikinga Fest is a historical reenactment dedicated to the world of the Vikings, held in Cusago, a small municipality in the province of Milan famous for its elegant Visconti Castle overlooking the central square. For two days, the area around the castle, along Via Cisliano, transforms into an authentic Nordic village populated by warriors, artisans, and falconers.

Between history and entertainment

The festival offers a packed program of activities: historical encampments to visit, armored combat, an archery range with demonstrations, falconry exhibitions with birds of prey, and in-depth conferences on Viking civilization and culture. In the evening, the scene comes alive with captivating fire shows, while music accompanies the entire event.

For the whole family

Designed for all ages, Vikinga Fest combines the educational aspect of historical reenactment with pure entertainment. The backdrop of Cusago Castle, one of the favorite hunting lodges of the Visconti and Sforza families in the Duchy of Milan, makes the event even more spectacular. The gastronomic area with food and drink stands completes the day.

Organization

The event is organized by Hello Eventi, with free admission, and has quickly established itself as one of the most anticipated events in the Cusago calendar.
