Edition 2025 — Valle Ghenza White Truffle
2025 Edition
The 33rd edition of the Valle Ghenza White Truffle Fair was held in Cella Monte from October 31 to November 2, 2025. Friday, October 31, marked the opening with an inaugural dinner under the marquee. On Saturday, November 1, the market opened at 9:00 AM, followed by the presentation of Letizia Scramuzza's thesis on the identity and architecture of the Monferrato landscape, and at 10:30 AM, the cultural conference "Truffle Memory: A Hidden History" by Remo Schellino, followed by communal lunch and dinner.
On Sunday, November 2, the market continued through the village streets, with the awarding of the best truffles at 10:30 AM. Throughout the weekend, trekking and e-bike tours took place in the woods, along with truffle hunting demonstrations with Lagotto dogs and entertainment for children, confirming the gastronomic and cultural vocation of this Monferrato event in the province of Alessandria.
