Three races, one spirit
The Valdobbiadene Pianezze Trail and Hill Climb is the race that connects Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso, to the climb towards Pianezze, a panoramic balcony overlooking the Prosecco hills. Organized by 1007 ASD, the event offers three distinct races that start and finish in Piazza Marconi, in the center of the village.
From trail running to the historic hill climb
The sporting program is divided into three distances: the Trail 24K, challenging with approximately 1500 meters of positive elevation gain; the Trail 12K, a new addition this year, with 580 meters of elevation gain and designed to attract more athletes; and "La Storica" Cronoscalata 4.3K, with individual starts and 820 meters of elevation gain from Valdobbiadene to Pianezze. A range of races catering to the most trained trail runners and those seeking a short but intense vertical challenge.
A celebration among the Prosecco vineyards
Beyond the race, the day is a community celebration: bib collection at Cantina Bortolomiol in the Filandetta Park, pasta party, beer, and awards in the main square. Running towards Pianezze means traversing the rows of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG hills, a landscape recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, with some of the most evocative views in the Marca Trevigiana.
Valdobbiadene Pianezze Trail — edition 2026
The 29th edition of the Valdobbiadene Pianezze Trail and Hill Climb takes place on the weekend of May 30-31, 2026, with the races scheduled for Sunday, May 31st.
Three races are offered by 1007 ASD: the Trail 24K (approx. 1500m elevation gain), the new Trail 12K (580m elevation gain), and the "La Storica" 4.3K Hill Climb (820m elevation gain) towards Pianezze. Start and finish in Piazza Marconi, with bib collection at Cantina Bortolomiol in the Filandetta Park. The day concludes with a pasta party and awards ceremony in the square.

Sunday, May 31st — Piazza Marconi

- 8:30 AM — Start of Trail 24K (1500m D+)

How to get there
Start and finish in Piazza Marconi, Valdobbiadene (TV). The town can be reached by car from the Montebelluna and Conegliano area. Bib collection at Cantina Bortolomiol, Filandetta Park, entrance from Viale Mazzini.
Registration and bib collection
Online registration on the official website and trail running portals. Bib collection on Saturday from 4 PM to 7 PM and on Sunday from 7 AM. The bib includes a microchip, timing, race pack, aid stations, pasta party, and beer.
