The Valconasso Beer Festival is one of the most cherished summer events in the hamlet of Valconasso, a small village in the Municipality of Pontenure, in the province of Piacenza, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. Born from the initiative of local volunteers, the festival has grown over the years to become a fixed event on the calendar of the Piacenza plains, capable of combining the convivial tradition of village festivals with a taste for beer and good music.

Fresh Beer and Local Cuisine

The heart of the event is, of course, the draft beer, served fresh throughout the evenings, accompanied by dishes from the food stands that open from 7:00 PM. The cuisine offers festival specialties and some traditional Piacenza dishes, to be enjoyed at the outdoor tables of the Valconasso Sports Field, in a family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere that is the true hallmark of this event.

Live Music and DJ Sets

Every evening, starting around 9:00 PM, the festival stage hosts live concerts and DJ sets that liven up the night until late. The program alternates tribute bands, cover bands, and local groups, with a musical offering designed to make audiences of all ages dance and sing along. The evenings often conclude with disco music from guest DJs.

A Community Celebration
