The pop multiverse in Cremona
Ultracon is the convention dedicated to pop culture that animates the spaces of CremonaFiere, in Cremona, every year. The exhibition center's halls transform into a grand multiverse of comics, video games, cosplay, music, and entertainment, an event eagerly awaited by fans of the nerd and geek world from all over Lombardy and beyond.
Comics, gaming, and cosplay
The heart of the event is the expansive Artist Alley, featuring over forty internationally renowned artists, alongside a gaming and retrogaming area offering modern titles along with over a hundred vintage consoles and a hundred original arcade cabinets. Hundreds of cosplayers bring beloved characters to life, animating the days with parades, contests, and meet-and-greets.
Concerts and special guests
Ultracon enriches its program with special concerts and exceptional guests, including icons of cartoon theme songs that unite different generations. With monumental installations, themed areas dedicated to building blocks, and innovations like spaces combining cosplay and wrestling, the fair offers a rich and varied experience, capable of engaging families, young people, and collectors.
An event for young people
With its immersive and festive formula, Ultracon has become one of the most followed events in the CremonaFiere calendar and a reference point for pop culture in the Province of Cremona, attracting thousands of visitors and energizing the start of the year with creativity and enthusiasm.
Ultracon — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of Ultracon takes place on January 17 and 18, from 10 AM to 7 PM, at CremonaFiere. The halls transform into a multiverse of comics, video games, cosplay, music, and pop culture, with an extensive Artist Alley gathering over 40 internationally renowned artists.
The gaming and retrogaming area offers modern titles alongside over 100 vintage consoles and 100 original arcade cabinets, while hundreds of cosplayers animate the event. Among the guests are special concerts by Cristina D'Avena and Giorgio Vanni, icons of cartoon theme songs. New additions include an area of over 3,000 m² dedicated to building blocks with monumental installations and the Crossover Plaza, which combines cosplay and wrestling.
