The 23rd edition of the «U Minghiaridd» Solidarity Festival was held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, in Triggiano, in the province of Bari, enlivening the San Lorenzo district around the San Giuseppe Moscati parish.

The star, as per tradition, was the hand-rolled Apulian cavatello, served in various versions at the food stalls. Great attention was paid to inclusion with the gluten-free stand, set up in collaboration with AIC Puglia and the company Essenzaglutine: cavatelli with sauce, cavatelli with friggitelli peppers, onions, black olives and cherry tomatoes, cavatelli with turnip top cream, anchovies and gluten-free crumbled tarallo, as well as fried pettole.

The day was accompanied by music, shows, and plenty of tastings, in a festive village atmosphere. As every year, the proceeds were allocated to the parish's solidarity projects in support of communities in Burkina Faso and Albania.
