Truffle Summer Festival 2025

The second edition of the Truffle Summer Festival was held in Goriano Sicoli, in the province of L'Aquila, on August 8-9, 2025. The program kicked off on Friday, August 8, at 8:00 AM with a truffle hunt in the mountain territory, continuing in the afternoon with the Rioni in Tavola culinary competition between the village districts and the truffle hunters for a day activity for children, culminating in a black truffle gourmet dinner served in the evening at the monumental fountain.

Saturday, August 9, opened with a nature walk in collaboration with the Gegs hiking group and the Pro Loco La Rocca, followed in the afternoon by a conference on truffles and the territory, dedicated to quality, certification, experiential tourism, and the regeneration of inland areas, with the participation of university professors and experts. A second gourmet dinner, requiring advance booking, closed the event, which enjoyed great public success by showcasing the truffles of the Subequana region.
