The Start of the Marche Amateur Season

The Trittico d'Apertura ACSI Marche is the circuit that inaugurates the road cycling season for amateurs in the Marche region every year. It consists of three distinct rounds, spread between late winter and early spring, which award an overall classification and serve as a launchpad for the following months of racing. The first round is held in Jesi, in the heart of the Province of Ancona, and more precisely in the Minonna district, one of the historic areas of the 'city of castles'.

A Tradition of Cycling in the "Castelli"

Jesi and its Vallesina valley boast a solid cycling culture: a land of champions and established sports clubs, the area is accustomed to hosting amateur races and gran fondos along the Marche hills. The Minonna stage fits into this tradition and attracts ACSI members from the numerous amateur cycling categories – from the youngest to the Veterans, including Women and Super Gentleman – in an event that combines sport, competition, and social interaction.

The Trittico Circuit

The Trittico is divided into three consecutive events: after the opening in Jesi, the race continues with subsequent rounds in other towns in the Marche region, including the Fermo area (with the Trofeo Fasciani) and the Civitanova Marche and Macerata areas. The organization is overseen by ACSI Ciclismo, with coordination from the provincial committees of the Marche region. The races are reserved for ACSI members and affiliated federations, according to amateur cycling regulations.
