Treì'n Bici – Ciclostorica Vintage

A ride through time

Treì'n Bici is the vintage cycling event in Treviglio, in the province of Bergamo, celebrating vintage cycling with the motto Dust, steel and heart. A journey through time. Steel bicycles, wool jerseys, and old-fashioned clothing create a evocative scene, taking participants back to the atmosphere of heroic cycling on the roads of the Bassa bergamasca.

Two routes for everyone

The event offers two routes. The short route, flat and easy, is designed for families and amateur cyclists who want to enjoy the experience without too much effort. The long route, on the other hand, alternates between paved roads and unpaved dirt tracks, passing through charming villages and scenic spots. For the latter, in the Eroica style, bicycles built before 1987 (or vintage replicas) with steel frames, downtube shifters, and toe-clip pedals with straps are required.

Refreshments, pasta party, and conviviality

Registration includes the race bib, refreshment stops along the route with local products, and the final pasta party. More than a competition, Treì'n Bici is a grand celebration of vintage cycling, where the spirit and the pleasure of riding together are what count.

A weekend of events

The cycling event is the highlight of a broader calendar of initiatives that, in the preceding weeks, offers activities for families in Treviglio, including rides and themed events. It's an opportunity to rediscover the Bassa bergamasca territory at a slow pace, aboard a bicycle from yesteryear.
