Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena: A Thousand Tastings, A Hundred Masters

The 2025 edition celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Consorteria of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena within the Acetaie Aperte (Open Vinegar Cellars) week (September 26 - October 4, 2025), which extended the traditional single day into a distributed program across Modena and the Emilia-Romagna region.

Balancing culture and gastronomy, the program intertwined performances and tastings: from the collaboration with the Teatro Comunale Pavarotti-Freni to the opening of over forty vinegar cellars in the region, culminating in a guided tasting that involved approximately one thousand participants accompanied by Master Tasters. This edition laid the groundwork for the "A Thousand Tastings, A Hundred Masters" formula.
