Tortello alla Lastra Festival

The 2025 edition of the Tortello alla Lastra Festival was held in Premilcuore (FC) on August 9 and 10, in the village's Area Feste. The star was the tortello alla lastra, with approximately 4,000 pieces prepared by the 'azdore' according to the ancient recipe — potatoes, pancetta, guanciale, spices, and Grana Padano cheese enclosed in a dough of water and flour cooked on a smooth stone slab.

On Saturday, the festival began with an aperitif from 6:00 PM and DJ Lorenzo Ferrini, followed by the food stalls from 7:00 PM and, in the evening, the orchestra of Joe Dibrutto; on Sunday, it was open only for lunch with the band Tarallucci e Vibes. In addition to the tortelli, the menu included polenta with ragù, penne all'arrabbiata, mixed grilled meats, beans 'all'uccelletto', potatoes, and piadina. Behind the event, over one hundred volunteers coordinated by Cesare Gori; the proceeds were donated to ASD Premilcuore Calcio.
